Did you manage to keep this over the winter San? I've just heard we are now on a flood warning!

That's great isn't it...I didn't know you could get hardy ones like this! Yes, bl***y awful weather since early June. By tomorrow lunch time we will have quite a lot of water here. I certainly won't be getting my grass cut!

Sorry San, I was too late to remove that comment. Apologies for my bad word, I am not at my best at the moment!

These look lovely Sandra and look a little like marguerittes. They add a splash of brightness too near your pond...

They look so beautiful......in the sun!! Like Karen we have a lot of rain which is flattening a lot of my beautiful flowers.
I work so hard to keep the garden flowering at this time of year, but the weather makes it really hard!! *****

thankyou linda, sadly with even more heavy rain they have come to an end and look so tatty now, its august and really isnt a lot left in my garden, just the odd flower and plant , think the summer is ending early again this year.

In general my garden looks great.... it is my main flower bed I struggle with....it is best in June and July.
Three sides are fine, but the side most seen is hard work. I have been filling dull spots with pots of lilies and the wide array of daisy type flowers so dominant at this time of year. I'll give up in September!!!!!

That's what I have too - lovely daisies

i agree linda, sept i will give up i think lol, but feel we havent enjoyed any time relaxing this year and enjoying the garden, not one party for the family this year, oh well.
