Creeping Jenny -Lysimachia nummularia

Creeping Jenny -Lysimachia nummularia (Lysimachia nummularia)

This ground cover can be invasive (in our climate) if you do not keep eye on it. I pull out and dispose buckets if it every year. I see it in nurseries in hanging baskets and it looks nice like that.

I do not even know where mine came from. I have never bought it and it was not here when we moved in. At first I liked it ...but now it seems to be overwhelming. This is not the only invasive plant around here either, so it seems like I am constantly ripping something out.(big way)
Oh, joy of gardening. Part of it anyway.

I did buy mine to fall over the edge of the pond but it had other ideas.
