Think I am maybe right but you know me and names

22 Jun, 2010

Looks like the right leaves anyway! I've not heard it called princess lily before. 'Common' names vary in different parts of the country. Mind you, I have no idea what it's common name is here....:)

Hope you get it soon, although perhaps it has moved on?? that would be the best outcome wouldn't it, if it just went away! unlikely with all that food available though I guess.....:((

We had window open and never heard a thing. It is heartbreaking, the poor things, they must be stressed out, we have altered the electric fence and are setting up another one tonight after footy.

You want to be careful leaving your window open, you'll wake up to half eaten husband!!

Love this border Olive

It is the plum tree border, named because we had two plum trees there, I built a border for flowers around the trees, chopped one down this year because of disease, very dry, needs a lot of work doing on it i.e. soil needs to have some mulch and something putting in it to get it to hold moisture more and it gets so so weedy, it has been attacked by a wild flower/weed this year, it is close to the pond side and when I re-vamp the pond I will continue through and sort out this border. But after saying that it has been quite a pretty border this year, it has kept its colour fairly well, just a bit straggly now, you are looking at it at its best.
