I love plants that spread, although I know a lot of people hate them! Wouldn't mind a phlox lawn myself but even the grass won't grow much because of all the trees.

Yes, I am kind of making a rod for my back too with all my trees Laura! But if it's a choice between Lawn and trees....I'll have gravel!

I like your edging too my phlox not in bloom yet soon and then a carpet of colour for a few weeks.
