Candy stripe phlox.
A small plant - will hopefully be more significant and make a statement next year.

Do they spread quickly? We planted them in two spots last fall but neither has done much yet. I'm just happy to see the flowers and know it's the variety I wanted..

From experience i would say they do spread well, i have a couple of types and they both spread themselves about !
