Thanks Yorkshire - I would be pleased to have your recipe. I have found one on a Blog by 'shirley tulip' - but you can't have too much of a good thing and it's always nice to use tried and tested recipes.

Plum jam ,Plum Tart,Crumble with Custard, looks good.
May need a support they snap very easily.
