It all looks like a very prosperous event, despite the "recession", Mark. Here, all shows have been "condensed" versions, or even cancelled, due, I think, to lack of funding, or lack of interest/affordability by stall/standholders. Have enjoyed all your pics from this event, which, I hope, was successful for you! :-)

Altogether 1 first, 3 seconds and 2 thirds, so i was pleased with that.
The show seemed fairly busy to me. I believe that The Shropshire Horticultural Society owns a lot of property, so doesn't only rely on the funds from the show (so i was told by others at the show, anyway).
They must have money as they give to other charities - i know they contribute funds to some of the smaller local shows, it says so in their schedules.
