I have this planted next to Daphne 'Stasek' and 'Meon' on one side of my garage. The scent of all of them is unbelievable, I can smell them every morning from my driveway when I leave for work.

That is beatiful little shrub. And on top of it a nice smell, that is perfect. How long is its blooming season, please?

This one definitely stands out right now, the flowers are a deep pink-purple and the Meon and Stasek daphnes nearby both have light pink flowers. Lawrence Crocker is one of the best repeat bloomers, it will flower most of the summer. One of the easiest small daphnes to grow too, it should live at least 10 years.

So it has its life span?

Daphnes have a reputation for being short-lived but there is no reason why they shouldn't live at least 5-10 years. If conditions are good, they can live for a long time but if growing conditions aren't very good they can die quickly.
