YEW

Twelve years ago I started the management of this factories grounds, in clearing out the beds and tidying up the place they had just moved into, I spotted a growing sprig just emerging from the soil, strange I thought how can this be, as there were and still are no trees of this type round here.
Being heavy into archery at the time I thought I’ll let it grow ‘cause it’s worth a lot a dough, (I knew it was a yew and I was thinking Long Bow). This year on clearing out I got to thinking of all the years that have rolled bye, and the passing foot fall of all the workers that had come and gone even the first factory name had changed to another, of all before there were only three oldies left, if you name me and my tree that’s five still alive here.
