I have it in a pot. It's not a weed here. It would get killed in the winter.

Aleyna:
Most species are native to areas not too far the ocean...in drier climates of the World.

I brought some and planted in a pot... let's see how it will feel living 100km far from ocean shore and in the 9th floor...

Sandra is right, it grows wild on cliffs in the southwest of Cornwall. It looks great. I have tried growing it in London but the first frost kills it.

LOL Sandra... south Brazil is not that bad... we even have 2 inches of snow in winter, when we get lucky.... :o)))))

Sandra:
I don't think Aleyna's city in Brazil receives snow...I believe she said it's in the higher mountains. Here in the San Diego County Mountains...it snows above 4,500 feet a couple times a year in winter also.
With the many tropical plants and trees growing in Aleyna's city...they would all die if it snowed or had frost.

Sandra and Delonix,
I wrote a blog with our snow... :o)
