This is 'Jack in the pulpit' it has orangey/red berries on a stalk and contains a poison called calcium oxalate. I have the odd one in my shaded/woody garden and I pull them up as they are perennials and I dont want them to spread.
Jack-in-the-pulpit can alternate their sexes from year to year depending on the nutrients available to the plant.
