This is a 'Dandelion garden' that I spotted in a local estate. Late starters?

That is a cool idea. 'Rent a tortoise' could be a great small business and pretty 'green' too.

Tortoises make great lawnmowers. You just need to have enough of them and they need to be large enough. Here people rent out herds of goats for brush control.
