hi guys
just moved to cottesmore but no allotments thats a great shame im thinking of going down the raised bed route any advise
if i had my way i would dig all the back garden up but my partner david wont let me

Hi Garry some folk mix food plants with ornamentals,
do you remember Geoff Hamilton(, he died some years ago ) he was a great one for doing that, not too far from you near to Rutland Water are the gardens he created and are open to the public run by his son.....you may find a website.
Also if you scroll to the bottom of the page and choose R you,ll see raised veg beds as a category, lots of ideas there too
