Just discovered this flower hiding away in the middle of this shrub...

Amy we have been growing it for over three years, and last year was the first time it had flowers, Andrew grows one in his garden and did comment that once it flowers it will continue to do so.......

I looked it up Angela and can see it likes salt air so should do very well for you and is evergreen thats a bonus ...
