Cant remember the name of this variety I bought it some time ago as a small plant, (always on the lookout for a bargain I noticed two had been potted together) it's just past its best but its kept this colour since late spring.

Acers are hard to beat for leaf shape and colour aren't they? and a bargain too.......:-)

Brilliant coloring!
I'd like to try an Acer in a Bonsi arrangement someday.
I saw one in an Edmonton restaurant (300miles away) years ago.
