My Anthurium 'Lazarz' has big purple flowers. This plant is usually grown for its huge leaves instead of the flowers, though. Photo taken Feb. 8, 2012.

I did wonder but not wanting to look to much of muppet,i thought i would say that, just in case they were not the flowers. LOL

Well, it's a spathe...which is the flower of Anthuriums.
This Anthurium is grown more for its very large leaves to: 6ft/2m long and 2ft/60cm wide.
