Are they Archontophoenix cunninghamiana?

Yes. King palms or aka Bungalow's. The one has an especially fat trunk.

They look very healthy.

Thanks Andy. It also turns out that they are ignored by gophers. I think that explains why they and Howea are standards. Other palms gophers will feast on.
