All the Mexican Blue Palms are blooming now. They're so spectacular when in bloom. Photo taken Aug. 23, 2011.

I wanted to take pic of my neighbor's large Mexican Blue palm...but he cut all the flower spikes off, about a week ago. :>(

Most likely the very large inflorescence was in the way in the yard.
