Typically only the slender weeping varieties are seen in landscapes but I have always liked the normal fatter varieties. I have one of these plants and it has better color than blue spruce (fuller too).

I've heard great things about this plant and can't wait until mine gets a little bigger. I am very impressed with the blue color so far. I wanted a tree that was blue and large but I don't care for blue spruce so this is what I got instead. I never noticed the scent but wonder if deer don't like it, I am shocked nothing has browsed it yet!

Oh, this is really beautiful exemplar. Nice to have one like that in the garden, as they look and smell heavenly.
