A welcome splash of late colour.

They look so perfect. We had a deep frost last night so anything that was flowering is now changing its mind. Winter is here in the north.

Thanks - they're always very late flowering, but that's fine by me! :-)) No frost here yet, just boring drizzle.

A couple of lovely late Mums! :-))
No frost here yet either - it's nearly a month overdue - though you won't find me complaining if it took another month still!!! :-D)
Lots of light rain & lots of wind!

Yes, same here, although the sky looks clear this morning.

We had a frost after all! It couldn't wait another month! LOL! We mustn't complain though as we had an extra 3 weeks of growing season!

We haven't had one...yet. I'm sure it'll be any day soon, though. Note to self - must turn greenhouse heater on...

We have had several since I wrote my last post above!
Have you had any yet? Did you remember to turn your greenhouse heater on in time to avoid frost damage?

No frost yet, but yes, I did turn them on, and closed the lid of the cold frame as well. :-))
