Clematis 'Filigree' relocated

siris

By Siris

Clematis 'Filigree' relocated (Clematis)

Dwarf Clematis 'Filigree' only grows to 1/2 m, so wasn't going to climb the pergola, so relocated to the side rail on the mini bridge (a take on Monet's bridge)

What a good idea ... looks great there.

Actually Shirley, it's hardly visible, a little more growth would be great.

Perhaps todays rain will help it along ...

Only wetted the surface this morning, hardly enough to make a puddle.

Same here ... a beautiful sunny morning today ... perfect for going to the beach!

15 Jun, 2018

Are you near the seaside then, Shirley?

15 Jun, 2018

Yes Siris, 0.6 miles to be precise! Between Worthing and Littlehampton ...

Excellent, Shirley.

We lived in Chesterfield when the children were very young and I can't tell you how much I missed the seaside!

I lived in Bournemouth till the end of my teens, hardly ever went to the beach, too busy and full of grockles!

17 Jun, 2018

Grockle ... there's a word I haven't heard for ages! Always think of Cornwall when I read that ...

18 Jun, 2018

Showing my age, Shirley?

18 Jun, 2018

Not at all ... pretty sure it's still in use these days!

18 Jun, 2018

Sorry.....what does it mean?

A holidaymaker, Dd.
