I love gardening, and growing things from seeds or cuttings is a passion. I love to grow unusual plants, something different from the norm. A lot of my plants are in pots,(ready in case I have to move as I live near Heathrow third runway option).
My garden is mostly clay and some on gravel with a small river at the end causing it to be very wet in winter and "cracking" dry in summer. (Most of the winter and spring saw us watching the river rise and we were on flood alert for a time.)
I have two greenhouses (never enough) and when the weather is bad and I can't get out in the garden, I go into one of these.
Resigned from being treasurer of my local flower arranging club but still on the committee and growing plants raised from seed or cuttings for our plant sales.
