They're wonderful! They remind me so much of my Hawaii! I've just posted some photos of some Cordyline fruiticosa, also.

Yes, they are...although, the snails love to eat the leaves here in winter.

'Red Sister' off and running..

There's so many varieties of Ti Plants. It's difficult to id them. I do have several of this one called 'Red Sister' planted throughout my front yard. One died because of the drought...maybe it'll come back from the rains this year.
