Blue skies and quite warmish. Then before long, grey skies and a short, sharp shower.
Then, back to sunshine and blue skies...

Sheila, it's quite unlikely summer..not that I'd relish the July of last year. Consistency of warmish sunshine and pleasant weather would be enjoyed I must say! Its the recent winds last week that did some damage and its the quick switch of weather. A few hours of warm sunshine and blue skies, then, drizzle...fingers crossed, we get some summer weather soon.

Thank you, Karen. I do like a Mediterranean feel. I'm hoping to get back over there next year! It's been a while.

Julia, I'd be happy with 22 degrees as long as we had plenty of blue sky and sunshine! We have had several episodes of rain followed by lovely weather. However, we have had to get our hose out too. The rain hasn't penetrated the earth. Some areas, the rain hasn't reached under canopies, including the rockery and the lower bund, the rain has just run clean off.

Oh, Klahanie! I'd be wishing for some rain too! That's quite a while you've not had a downpour. The world's weather is so diverse. Europe is very hot. Saying that, we stopped going to Italy msny years ago, in July, it was to hot to do anything. We often saw mid 40s temperatures even then
