It will be more secluded next year when things have grown around them and this year when the trees are in leaf.

Pretty quiet - and sound-proofed. It's his photographic studio. Shooting and computer work. He's alone now. Any socialising is around his barbecue but that's quite restrained. I worry about disturbing him from outside!
