This is the largest Gollum Jade shrub I’ve ever seen. It’s close to downtown San Diego, CA. There’s some in my neighborhood 4 and 5 ft tall…but, this one was pushing 7 ft tall! Photo taken April 9, 2023

How old is your plant?
Jade is extremely easy. It grows wild here. I know jade plant can grow to 10 to 12 ft in very good growing conditions. So, maybe the same height in time.

It's about ten years in the ground. Easier to keep bright glossy green than plain Jade. It must have hybrid vigor.

I think Gollum grows much slower. I read the average growth is only two inches a year. I do think it grows faster outside in the ground, though.

Mine is about 5'. Not sure what the ultimate size will be. They might be an easier grow than plain Jade.
