A wonderful little plant for difficult places. Mine are in bloom too. Some of the corms are on the surface and are about to bloom.

oh, how pretty small and delicate are they bulbs ?if so when do you plant them,i always thought these were in door plants

technically they are a corm.
There are many different species Nannymargaret and the large flowered ones are in deed indoor plants.
however there are several hardy ones. they are in flower now and can be planted out where you'd like them. C coum flowers in spring.

NannyM, you can buy the plants in flower now and plant them straight out into the garden, Morrisons had loads of them, delightful little plants. or garden centre or market.

NannyM - make sure you get Cyclamen hederifolium if you do go to buy some - they're the hardy ones in flower now.Many of the others on sale are like bedding plants.

I am always suprised how expensive these corms are to buy. Smaller cyclamen are not always named on sale. This is probably the best way to buy if they are named. Then you know what colour the flowers are too. Mine started off with corms and they seed themselves very well. The leaves make a lovely carpet long after the flower has gone.
