I prune mine back quite hard every 2 years after flowering this seems to keep it fairly bushy, gets to around 4-5m. Its fully out in flower now will take another pic and post it later in the week.

It is, thats it common name, Cytisus battandieri is its Latin name all plants have a Latin name to stop confusion with common names, hope this helps :-)

I love this Cytisus but they always seem so sparse, I wonder is there an answer?
