Doronicum 'Leonardo Compact'

Doronicum 'Leonardo Compact' (Doronicum)

Taller than 'Little Leo' - it's a cheerful plant for this time of year.

Your Doronicums are much earlier than ours, we still have cold edge to the wind.......

I can't grow these. The local slug population think they are caviar :-(

I have a brilliant one called D. orientale 'Magnificum' and the snails don't eat it! It's not quite in flower yet, but when it does, it'll carry on flowering for months. Why not try to find one and see if your slugs leave it alone?

I'll look out for that and report back spritz
