These shrubs grow to over 4 metres and are a real stunner when they are in full flower - they even look good when they are dripping with their orange berries. They do however have quite sharp thorny branches so they're a nightmare to trim.

They are beautiful shrubs or trees. Do you grow the variegated form there?
I posted a 30 foot / 10 meters tall and wide variegated tree growing in Balboa Park last year.
I know these shrubs, trees are native to the state of Florida (southern).
