They dont look dead in the garden just look odd. If you go on line you will see they are supposed to look like this but it does not work for me.

I quite like the droopiness, reflexed is the term i think , of Echinaceas maybe it is just me.

Reflexed - makes them better somehow Staffsal. In fact today I found I quite liked them, the secret I found is to look at them from a distance.
