Just cut most of the leaves off this Epimedium, better to see the emerging flowers.

I haven't seen that colour before it's a nice contrast against the mauve/purple ones which I have ..I must look to see if mine are blooming ..

Amy E. s. v. is a really old variety, very reliable, evergreen, this plant came with me from a previous house perhaps 40 years ago.
