Another Epi in flower. (Epiphyllum sp.)

They do well enough some collectors have hundreds of these plants. Flowers are short lived,I guess a big collection would always have something in bloom.

I dont think so. I never really paid attention to that. I guess they can be edible- right?

Yes, Epiphyllum and of Hylocereus have edible fruit.

My plants are drowning right now. We had about 2 inches of rain in only two days. We needed the rain, but this is really crazy for May!
