Never seen a white, did it have veining? I have found several plants I have misplaced, ie forgotten I had!

It did have burgundy veining, looked on my list of where it was planted and found a very faded label but looks like the plants deceased, I've got a huge problem with ants again this year I know they don't do a lot of harm in the garden but they burrow under some plants and kill them, after having a dig around there seems to be ants there too, they're everywhere I dig!! I strimmed some grass the other day and found a huge nest underneath, needless to say I moved pretty quick they cause a nasty reaction if they bite, to me anyway.

What a shame, the Erodium sounded v pretty. I think the ants burrowing round a plant's roots can destroy the plant and the red ants bite is horrible.

If I'm on my hayfever tablets the bites don't bother me but I've stopped them now so I have to be more careful or take one quick if I get bit, last time the whole bottom of my leg went purple, all from just a tiny little ant!!!
