This 50 feet / 15 meters tall and wide Mysore Fig had many of these birds eating the figs in Balboa Park, San Diego, CA. next to the Rueben H. Fleet Center. The figs are large and fuzzy. Photo taken Feb. 23, 2010.

I was wondering the name of this bird also. This large Mysore fig was loaded with them. They obviously loved eating the ripe fuzzy figs.
