I am not a big fan of yellow in the garden but love this bright splash in spring

This forms part of the hedgerow border in the side garden Dotty, keeps the neighbours out of view and is colourful all year with mixed shrubs. All quite common place but they do their job well :o))

I use yellow a lot more than I used to, but always found Forsythia difficult to site.......
