The tiny flowers of a dwarf hardy Fuchsia x bacillaris have grown this for years, Seems to flower later than the others I have but still blooming.

Tiny! Can't remember where I got this from! Had it years, not from next doors, she loves her big Fuchsia. Got my Hibiscus Bluebird seed from her path and got a cutting of a pink hardy Fuchsia and a climbing one from her, but not sure the climbing one will make it thro' the winter.

They do in the photo homebird, but just been outside to re look. The leaves are barely 1 cm long and the flowers 1.5 cm, so much smaller!
