Most of the gazanias take a little break from flowering during winter but they're now beginning to flower once more.

Thanks Milky and Jacque - it's great to see all the gazanias breaking into bloom again. I'd forgotten all the different colours they were in the garden.

I have Gazanias Jacque.......... they die down and grow again next year.

Jacque - over here the gazania is very hardy. These are perennials, drought tolerant, love the hot sun and will flower throughout spring to autumn. They close up at night - but I know they don't tolerate frosts and dislike wet winters.
