Saw one of these today in the nursery was V tempted. Are they perennial? The label there didn't say :)

Yes Dan, a most useful perennial. It is quoted as semi evergreen. In the long time I have had it, it has retained its leaves each winter.

If you get one and are patient, you will be able to increase it easily. It is very obliging.

Thanks, Dd, but no, I have a clump of this both front and back. They flower at different times as they are in different sun/shade situations.
