They struggled a bit this year with the lack of rain which is not usually a problem that we have here.

Yes - I'm not sure how hardy they are. How do you grow yours?

Mine is in a pot and stays in the conservatory, which has frost protection heat, all the time.

Crikey - you mother 'em don't you! Tender bulbs are frost free and dormant over the winter here.
