I'm glad to hear your Hibiscus looks fantastic this year!
You must have the touch for growing Hibiscus from cuttings. I've never had luck. There's some really nice varieties growing in my neighborhood. I may try some cuttings this summer.

Plant cuttings in the fall (or your coolest time of the year???) and you will have new plant for the summer.
I have two white ones that have rooted, planted them in the fall...the ones I planted today are a little late but I thought I would try.

Yes, fall can be very, very hot here.
Summer is the best time for cuttings, because they like the heat and humidity. I do start cuttings all year here in water.

I don't have much luck with cuttings in the summer. Too HOT. Fall is my time of year for cuttings (here).

I start all my cutting in deep shade and with lots of water or in water. Fall is a really good time to start cuttings, also.

My Hibiscus look fantastic this year. They kept all their leaves. Just cut them back today, they get too big. I also took three cutting and put them in the garden....there I can let them get really big.
