Two divided sections of Hosta planted a bit too close together in a very small bed by my back door. Paired with white violas they look very smart at the moment (May).

Me too! One of my clients has a huge garden and has lots of different kinds of hostas in it. She often tells me to take bits away when I'm dividing plants, so when I was doing some of the hostas I took these. I couldn't remember which colour or pattern they were so it was exciting to watch them unfurl!
