These old Kentia palms are planted on one of the Botanical Building. You can also see some of the plants growing out the laths of the Botanical Building. Photo taken before sundown on Dec. 02, 2010 in Balboa Park, San Diego, CA.

There's almost always a lot of people in Balboa Park...tonight and tomorrow night the park has December Nights (used to be called Christmas in the park)...there's expected to be more than 400,000 people in the park.

It had to be politically correct for all religions. With that being said...I feel the same way, it suppose to be a Christmas celebration!
