wow how big does this plant gt and where is he best place to plant it? Can you regrow from cuttings i want all my neighbors to want one

It can grow to 6 feet/ 2 meters tall. It is best planted in semi-shade. It does grow very easily from cuttings.
My plant has been in the ground for over 4 years, however, I cut it back regularly to keep it as a mounding shrub.
