what a good idea, it never occured to me to make up a winter basket. this one looks really good, a bit of everything, the iris are my favourites. well done!

Thanks Yorkshire, They are worth doing Lemondog as they give a before christmas show then rest for about a month and then come back with the minature bulbs as well. And of course need no feeding or watering needed.

I'd never have thought to include Iris reticulata in hanging baskets, but they do give height - and a great colour. :-)

Its a a Clematis Iona and welcome to Goy, I dont know its name I planted it back in 1999 and It took 5 years before it really flowered and that was after I stopped pruning it.
