Iris japonica 'Ledger's Variety' - 2010

Up to one and half feet tall for moist soil in full sun. I was disappointed when this plant started to flower. Although attractive, the flowers are small and the coarse foliage doesn't help

It's the close-up picure of the flower that 'sold' it to me. If I'd seen the plant 'in the flesh', I wouldn't have bothered to get it. There's a moral in there somewhere

I have quite a large clump Andrew & looks good when the whole lot is in flower.
