Your's is huge, mine is so little!! How old is it? Any tips?

This was imported from Italy with dimensions: h=2.5 m and the crown starts from 2 m, and stem was about 16-18 cm. The growth rate in height is about 20-30 cm, but the growth in volume is very slow. So, I think that with this dimensions and this type of form (tree) it should be min 10 (14) years.
