I also have a bronze-leaf Libertia (Taupo blaze) but the white flowers on mine are tiny. My green-leaf ones have seeded themselves prolifically, so I wonder if this one will do the same.

Great plant Shirley!

A new one on me too...but what a stunner.

Sandra, the village garden where I bought it had pots and pots of 'baby' ones for sale! I can now see why as the original plant I bought, then put in a medium size pot, has produced about five 'babies'. Would you like one when it's grown up a bit?

Sheila, this flower isn't huge, but does show up well against the leaves.

Thanks Waddy ... the 'babies' should be rooting well so you're welcome to one if you like. :o)

I'd love one Shirley please...what conditions does it like best ???

Waddy, it is a New Zealand plant and the RHS say it needs full sun with moist, but well-drained soil. Mine is in a pot and gets watered when it looks really dry. So it thrives on neglect!

Thank you Shirley, I think I can manage that :))

I usually have masses of seed on my green variety (Libertia grandiflora) - same flower as Shirley's. So could collect them for people if anyone wants some.

Sheila, that's a very kind offer. :o)
