Gg, just looked up when I bought henryii, October 2015, kept in a pot first year, put into border after flowering 2016, when I thought I knew its size, didn't think it would top 7ft!

Gg, sort of stacked! I haven't got a long enough one. When I came back from hols, it was sprawled across the border, but staked now, but has a definite arch where the cane finishes!!

Lovely! Maybe you could try scaling the bulbs.

I have done that with other lilies, the orientals, but the offspring lost its label and got planted out in an inappropriate place, ie not aesthetically colour coordinated with the surrounding plants.
