This is probably the earliest variety of narcissus, often in flower before Christmas in a mild autumn. My record is 9th December so a couple of weeks 'late' this year. Last winter, it was February before the first bloom opened

Oak trees have already lost their leaves - Tet-a-tet daffodils flowering already - birds singing they way they sing in February/March - I think spring is already around the corner:) Merry Christmas to you too:)
